Filing a Complaint for any Massage Therapy Establishment (§117.110Complaints)

A person wishing to file a complaint against a massage therapist, massage school, massage therapy instructor, massage establishment, continuing education provider, or another person or business shall notify the department at Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Massage Therapy Program, P.O.
